Eastbourne Music and Arts Festival

The Norah Sande Award is administered by the Trustees of the Eastbourne Music and Arts Festival, now in its 50th year and affiliated to the British and International Federation of Festivals for Music, Dance and Speech.
 
The 2010 Eastbourne Music and Arts Festival will be held on February 5th-20th, culminating in a showpiece Festival Concert on Sunday March 7th at the Winter Gardens, Eastbourne.
 
There will be classes for Accordions, Brass, Chamber Music and Ensembles, Choral Singing, Dance, Drama, Electronic Keyboard, Guitar, Harp, Mime Orchestra, Pianoforte, Public Speech, Recorders, Showband, Solo Singing and Vocal Duets, Speech and Verse Speaking, Strings and Woodwind.
 
A syllabus and entry form is available by sending a cheque for £4.50 made payable to Eastbourne Music and Arts Festival to the Festival Office, 70 Kings Avenue, Eastbourne BN21 2PD.  The closing dates for entries to the 2009 Eastbourne Music and Arts Festival are 16th October 2009 (dance) and 6th November 2009 (all other classes).
